Edit your running plan directly with the edit button
Changed goal, different pace or an extra training day? No need to start over: open your plan, click edit and adjust your settings — your plan recalculates itself.

A training block rarely goes exactly as planned. Your race moves, your pace develops faster than expected, or that fourth training day turns out not to fit after all. Until now that meant creating a new plan. Not anymore — you can now adjust your plan directly from the plan itself.
How it works
Open your plan and click edit. You'll be asked "What would you like to change?" and pick the part: your goal, your paces and records, or your weekly planning. You land in the same familiar steps as when you created your plan, but pre-filled with your current settings. Change what you want and save — your plan is recalculated with everything you changed.
No surprises
Before anything becomes final, you first see what is about to change: old next to new, per section. If you've moved sessions by hand or added custom sessions, you'll see up front whether and where they're affected — and you decide whether to go ahead. You never silently lose work.
For all your plans
The edit button appears on every plan linked to your account. Created a plan without an account? Sign in with the email address you used when creating it, and the plan is automatically linked to your account so you can edit it too.
