About RUNCULTURE

Built for runners who want to train better

RUNCULTURE is built for runners who want to train better without getting lost in conflicting advice, scattered plans and vague promises.

We make running plans and articles that are practical, clear and realistic. Not focused on quick tricks, but on progression your body can sustain: building up slowly, recovering smartly and training in a way that fits your level and your week.

Why this exists

A good plan doesn't have to be complicated

Many runners start motivated, but hit the same problems after a few weeks: building up too fast, training too hard, taking too little rest, or following a plan that doesn't actually fit their life.

RUNCULTURE was born out of that frustration. A good plan doesn't have to be complicated, but it does have to be logical. That's why we combine clear training principles with practical explanation, so you understand what you're doing and why.

RUNCULTURE

How we think about training

Progress over haste

You get better by gradually building load, not by making every session harder.

Recovery is part of training

Rest days, easy runs and lighter weeks aren't a break from your plan — they're the requirement for getting stronger.

A plan must fit your life

A plan only works if you can sustain it alongside work, family, sleep, stress and available time.

Clarity over complexity

We explain terms, zones, paces and training types so you can apply them straight away.

Our method

From training theory to practical choices

Our plans and articles are grounded in common endurance-training principles: gradual load progression, intensity variation, sufficient recovery and specificity toward your goal.

We try to bring complex training theory back to choices you can actually use as a runner: how much do you train, how hard should it feel, when do you build up and when do you pull back?

Transparency

What you can and can't expect from us

RUNCULTURE doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or personal coach. For injuries, medical concerns or doubts, professional advice remains essential.

What we do offer: clear plans, accessible explanations and practical handles so you can train more consciously and consistently.

Who it's for

For beginners and runners chasing a new goal

RUNCULTURE is for new runners aiming for their first 5K, but also for runners training toward 10K, half marathon or marathon. You don't have to be a data nerd or competitive runner. If you want to better understand how to progress responsibly, you're in the right place.

Running gets more enjoyable when you know what you're doing

Start with a plan that fits your goal, your level and your weekly rhythm.
